    Ok
This flat iron worked OK for about 2 years. After 2 years it gave out and it gets warm at the most. I can plug in/ turn on for 20 minutes and its still cool enough to hold your hand on the plates. Not worth the money. Works just as good as a conair, but conair is 10x cheaper and lasts 10x longer. (I have thick, wavy hair)

    Poor Quality
I got this curling iron last year and immediately I was really impressed with it. It heated up super quickly and was pretty easy to use and I'm not a big girly girl who’s good at doing anything cute to my hair so this seemed promising. Within a couple months of very, very light use the ceramic plating was already chipping off. Not too big of a deal but still not happy since this was supposed to be a good quality brand. Conveniently a couple days after my warranty was up the product will no longer heat up and says it is at 12°s. Once again it was used very lightly during the year and was always properly stored when not in use. I would not purchase this product again or any other Chi product for that matter. They are too expensive for the quality and longevity.

    Finally...
...an oil that doesn't weigh my hair down! Everyone says that using a hair oil doesn't make your hair oily - but this is the only one i've tried that actually worked. I loved it and I have tried a ton of different things in the past because i like the shine from oil more than what i usually get from a cream product, but even though my hair is thick the other ones seemed to weigh it down. I like the smell so think I am going to try to use it kinda like a deep moisture treatment and put a ton into my hair and then use a hair dryer to heat it up and then rinse it out.

    Awestruck!
I just bought the Sedu Revolution Pro Tourmaline Ionic 4000i after using the $75 Solia dryer for the past couple of years. O.M.G.... My mind was blown. I tried it out yesterday, fully intending to flat iron after drying as usual. Never happened. I have NEVER had a dryer, dry my hair so straight and smooth before. I'm Mexican and have really thick hair and its curly. So much hair that I have to get it thinned out underneath or else I start to get headaches, especially when wearing pony tails. I've been straightening my hair since middle school (I'm now 36), so I have my routine down to a science. It usually takes a good amount of time to dry and it's still pretty puffy and frizzy after (hence the use of the flat iron). After using the Sedu, it was so smooth and laid flat. I could have used the flattening iron to get it even straighter if I had wanted, but I was perfectly happy walking out the door as it was. That's not normally the case. With a normal price of around $250 on any site I've looked at, it always seemed like too much money, so when I saw it was $111 I jumped on it. I can now totally justify paying a higher price for tools, especially if they are going to give me these kind of results. Like I said, my mind was blown. I just stood in the bathroom mirror and stared at myself! So glad I splurged a little. Def worth it!

    Changed My Life!
Every now & then a magical product comes along & changes everything. For my unruly, fine curly/frizzy hair, this is it. I'm on my 4th kit, & I get 2 uses out of each. My hair is quickly, & easily transformed into smooth, manageable healthy, shiny straight locks that take less than half the time to blow dry.

    Tips

    - before applying the treatment, you must shampoo, using the product in the kit. Shampoo a good 3 times; not just once. This made a huge difference.

    - the instructions suggest immediately blow drying after the keratin is on. I wrap my hair in plastic for 30 mins to let it really soak in. Then, blow dry thoroughly, in small sections, but don't fry your hair. It must be bone dry, though, before flat ironing.

    - Get a flat iron best suited for keratin treatments: they are not all the same! I bought the blue Babyliss 1" Nano Titanium (another life-changer!)

    - The directions say to use the flat iron at 450 degrees. That dried my hair out the first time & I did the treatment. I now get wonderful results at 370, taking thin sections.

    - The directions say to shampoo & condition using the products in the kit. DON'T! wait 3 days to shampoo & DON'T use the products in the kit. Discard the conditioner but keep the shampoo use before your next treatment.

    - Use a top-notch sulfate free shampoo (Theorie Helichrysum!!!) & conditioner. The treatment lasts twice as long this way & you get no damage whatsoever.

    - I gave it 4 stars, simply because the conditioner is useless & the clarifying shampoo they suggest you use, strips the treatment form the hair.

Just Bought My First Replacement After 20+ Years!!!
I have owned this iron in multiple sizes for the past 20+ years. I've used them over and over for weddings, proms, and personal use. They have gone through so much abuse. I dropped my 1" from around 10' and it finally broke. I just purchased a replacement because I can't go without it. I love these irons!!!

And go buy yourself a bottle of apple cider vinegar at the grocery store, look up how to dilute it properly.
Don't let them drain your pockets!!

    Best Blow Dryer I've Owed!!!
I just wanted to write a quick review because it came to my attention that I have had this blow dryer for 5 YEARS! This little guy packs a powerful punch. My hair is thick and course and easily frizzes up naturally and does not look good when it air dries so I NEED a well-made, professional quality dryer to get the job done. I also use a paddle or round brush to help smooth my hair while drying but I love how much airflow this dryer provides, allowing me to blow out my hair in about 15 minutes (shoulder length). In the 5 years so far I have only had to order a replacement piece for the plastic ring that holds the filter onto the back of the dryer which was my own fault for dropping it and causing it to split. This is the longest I've ever owned a dryer and whenever it is time for a replacement I plan on replacing it with another Sedu if not this same model. GREAT BUY!!
