Metropolis The Paris Dryer

I bought an amazing Metropolis dryer over 5 years ago. In March it sparked and burnt itself out (no harm to anyone/anything!). But now, trying to utilize the 10 year warranty has been AWFUL!! The dryer was shipped to them (my cost) and I've been waiting for FOUR MONTHS for any update or replacement or fix without any word from them. When I do email them they always say they're waiting on parts. SO BUYER BEWARE!! Warranty by Metropolis doesn't mean warranty like warranty should!!!

I loved this dryer so much I bought a second one for my mom. She has arthritis and a hard time holding a dryer for long and this was much more lightweight than the one that she has. This dryer works much faster than traditional, non-iron dryers and I always use mine with the nozzle attachment so I can direct air flow close to my round brush while I'm drying straight (but yet, no damage). I have almost waist-long hair and this still dries quickly...and a 5 year warranty!

Love this blow dryer- I do my hair mostly daily- this dryer does not damage my hair- dries quickly and smoothly.
worth every penny!

I found this dryer to be heavy and the nozzel was way too long. Also didn't feel like it gave off good heat or air pressure. I've returned it.
