HAIonic Super Lightweight Dryer

I love this blowdryer.. It's the 2nd one!. My hair comes out silky and it dries fast becasue the mouth is very wide and the heat is fast and ionic.

I bought this dryer to replace my T3 Evolution. My first impression was nice price for an 1800 watt blower and I loved the cool lock button however, when it came time for action...the dryer ran hot and cold on it's own. Meaning I was having a hard time managing the heat...also broke the diffuser because it was very difficult to snap on to the dryer, the concentrator nozzle was also very hard to attach. I called Folica, they promptly replaced the diffuser, no charge or shipping. That was the best part of the whole deal. I have been a haircutter/ stylist for 41 years. I was in the middle of drying a client with thick curly and long hair when I decided it was taking far too long to accomplish. I opted to use my other spare dryer, also 1800 watts (arrojo) it showed me the lack of heat from this dryer...Sent it back! Sorry Folica but thanks for the excellent customer service!
