ph Perfect Hair Dual Voltage Mini Styler

I ordered this to take on my business trips to Europe. First, the iron is teeny, so be aware that it's super small. But the reason I returned it was because I'm not convinced that it's actually a dual voltage. NOTHING in the packaging says anything about it being dual voltage - not the outer package, not the instructions, nothing. There's also no switch on the unit itself, or any mention of anything beyond 115v on the plug-in. So it wasn't worth the risk to me, and I sent it back.
