HairArt iTech Keratin Heat Digital Titanium Styling Iron

the iron is ok,,,,my problem with it is that it OBVIOUSLY wasn't tested by stylists or just an iron user or anyone for that matter who has a brain.. When you hold the iron ,,your hand covers the programming dials, therefore it changes your choice of temp etc. Very frustrating. I don't get it. I'm a hairstylist,,,,and i can't tell u how many hair products / tools are so unsensibly made. Don't they have qualified people to test these things??? The first time i picked up this iron i knew i would have a problem. Will i keep it??? yes , only because i'm too lazy to return it. call me stupid. If the dials were in a different spot,,,yes , i'd love the iron.
