I've been using this iron for the past two years and it is still working flawlessly. My hair are so shiny after using this. The product literally heats up in five seconds to the desired temperature. It stays warm for quite a bit after unplugging but that's not a big deal. Great construction and solid feel from Italy. Wish they offered a longer warranty just in case though...
