Average Straightener
I have thick, moderately curly hair, and I was pretty dissappointed with this Chi. I had to go over each section of my hair multiple times with the straightener and within a few hours, I'd have to go over my hair again. It didn't reduce the overall frizziness like other straighteners I've used in the past have. I ended up returning it because it just would get the job done.

Chi Is The Best Hand's Down !!!!
I absolutely love my CHI. This is my second one I've owned as my daughter took over my first !! My hair doesn't break or fry with my CHI. My hair feel's silky after flat ironing !No static or dry brittle hair here !!!
