Gold 'N Hot Ceramic Conical Iron

I can't give a detailed decription of how it works because I cant use it: there is no heat resistant glove included! Not sure why the glove is missing, but the website says it's included and the box says there is a glove included... but there isn't. I'm pretty disappointed because I was so excited to have received this curler. But I can't use it without a glove, I will not risk burning myself!!!

Hopefully, I just got unlucky, but I would hold off buying this until there is some clarification as to whether the glove actually is included or not, and if they all don't have gloves or just my box had missing items for some reason.
