Same for me - the "safety slide" mechanism of this tool broke as soon as it was taken out of the package (botton came off and the spring popped out)

the "safety slide" mechanism of this tool broke as soon as it was taken out of the package (botton came off and the spring popped out). even worse, the grip slipped out of my hand and cut me. please be careful.

Since ordering this product, I have used it several times with no problems. The only thing I wish is that it came with at least one extra blade, although having used the same blade a few times, it still seems sharp enough for a few more uses.

This was a horrible product. I regret spending my money on this and missed returning the product in time. It broke as soon as I opened it and there was nothing sharp to remove the callus.
