This shampoo thickens my baby-fine, thinning hair better than anything I've ever tried. I have lost so much hair over the past few years due to thyroid problems that I was desperate to find something that would help. Not only does it thicken, but it cleans the scalp without excessive drying or any buildup. With a cleaner scalp, I am not losing as much hair! The fragrance is delightful---just a clean, fresh smell that would appeal to men or women. I don't shampoo every day, about every 3-4 days, to avoid the hair loss due to shampooing. I am now on my second bottle of Folicure, and I will be using this product exclusively from now on!

Recently diagnosed with alopecia, I heard rumors that this shampoo would stimulate the scalp/folicules to enhance hair regrowth. It is no more impressive than a lesser expesive shampoo. While I cannot find criticism, there is nothing about it that would make me purchase it again. On the other hand, Folica.com included samples of a thickening shampoo ("Oscar Blandi") in my shipment. I was more pleased with the fragrance and performance of the samples than with my original purchase.

The first thing I noticed about this shampoo was the wonderful smell. I used it and loved it. I also love the way my hair feels after I shampoo it. My hair on top is pretty thin and I use hairspray to keep it in place. The shampoo cleans the hair that is left, plus my scalp feels great. It's easiers to get my hair to lay in place, and yes, it does seem thicker all over. Again, my favorite part is the great scent - not medicinal or flowery - just a great smell. A very satisfied customer in Texas.
