Sultra The Sophisticate Power Dryer

Love the hairdryer but the nozzle keeps falling off which is a real pain while drying your hair.

This dryer works great when it's working but it broke only after 2 1/2 years of light use. Since they only warranty their product for 2 years I was told that I'm out of luck. I could fix it myself with replacement parts but there is no way to buy replacement parts and the people who I have dealt with at Sultra are not very friendly or helpful. I would go with another brand that has better customer service.

I have purchased both the Seductress and the Sophisticate. I tried call Sultra today to ask a question about product registration....... HMMMMM they have no direct associates that work in customer service! HOW CAN THAT BE?? If "you" choose to sell products that are at a very high price point, you should have people answering your phones with answers. I instead kept getting receptionists with horrible attitudes, no answers, and that said someone would call me back - no answer as to when either. Make SURE to register your products, because this company may not be reliable.
