I use this everyday and it makes such a difference! Southwestern Arizona is arid just about year round, so conditionig is crutial for all hair types! I definetley see a difference when I use this product. When I straighten my hair, the flat iron glides through my hair eaiser, when I leave my hair curly, it smooth each curl. It's a great non greasy, lightweight, light scented conditioner. I use this product every day.
