Snags Hair
The plastic is jagged in some places which is why it pulls the hair. The only straightening comb that I've tried and works is jilbere straightening/cutting comb. It goes through hair smoothly. The plastic also seems cheap on this comb. Not a good buy.

This Worked Perfectly
I purchased this for myself and my daughter. Liked it so well that I also gave one to my niece and close friend. They all loved it.
