Beauty Mark Professional Hair Styling Tape

I've been using hair tape for at least 30 years. Fact. I couldn't live without it. Love it and hope they never stop making it.

About thirty years ago I discovered Beauty Mark hair tape and what a lifesaver it was! It was at that time I started to wear my hair in a short, more-becoming style than I had heretofore been wearing it. But the problem arose--how do I keep non-naturally curly hair in place? After trying several unsuccessful strategies, I tried Beauty Mark tape and was delighted to find that its strength, width, and stick-to-it-tiveness was just what I was searching for. Since I wash my hair every night I need a quick and effective way to set my hair. After I set my hair (placing it the way I want it to look when I comb it--mostly around the face) I use the hair dryer with a diffuser. The next morning I'm all set--looking like I've spent hours on it! Note: I can even use the tape for several days. How? Just attach each piece of used tape carefully on a clean hard surface such as a hand mirror or the like. Be sure it can be put in a safe, clean, dry place until you need it the next time, maybe on top of a clean garment in a drawer. I hope this account has been helpful. My only fear is that Beauty Mark hair tape will be removed from Folica's marketplace. Please don't do that! I hate to part with really good friends.

As I was looking for this hair tape for my Mother here in South Dakota on the internet I could not believe that the other 48 States do not carry this product. As my mother uses it for her hair it seeems to be doing what the package claims it does with no problems.I marked the rating at above average because there is always room for improvement. Now my Aunt and other relatives will be interested too..

I bought this product because I couldnt find the original by 3m company. This is the worst product; not only does it not stick to your hair, it doesnt stick to anything!! I have since found the original 3m hair set tape at the 3m website.

It DOES stick to the hair, wet or dry. I used this tape back in the 60s. Now I have that same hairdo again and the tape is my miracle for sleeping through the night without bed head. Hooray for this company and keeping the product going after all these years. A+++++

I have bought this product many times and feel the same as other reviewers. It will not stick to wet hair, but if I use clips to hold the ends in place, then it is hard to remove from skin. When 3M sold this type of tape under their name, it performed as expected.

I bought this brand of hair tape, and it just falls off my hair when I try to use it. The manufacturer should be contacted, whoever it is, and have them add a little more sticky stuff to it so it clings to the hair. It is a waste of money as it is now. I would recommend do not buy!

I wanted this tape to replace sticking clips in my hair. But I found this tape sticking to hair strands and pulling them when I wanted to remove it. It wasnt very strong either and did not hold the sections I had curled. The idea is good but it did not perform for me. I have 99.9% of it left.
