You should NOT use this shampoo if your hair is damaged! I know the bottle says its for damaged hair but it actually makes damage worse! This shampoo is a clarifier which means it extremely cleanses your hair. If your hair is dry and brittle, avoid this shampoo at all costs! Even using it on normal hair is bad! From just one use of this shampoo my hair was extremely dry and it had so many fly aways. The only good thing about this shampoo is the smell which is the only reason why i gave it a fair review.

My hair has been greatly damaged because it has been permed, bleached, etc. Its fine, frizzy and doesnt look health. This shampoo doesnt work miracles because no shampoo does that BUT it smells great and by the use its much much softer and healthier looking. It works much better than dumb blonde shampoo.
