Kerastase Soleil Creme UV Defence Active 4.2 oz

This product was first purchased on board a cruise ship this past February. The leave-in conditioning treatment I had been using was no longer being made, so I had been looking for a replacement product for a long time. This product fit the bill...it softens, conditions, and protects hair from sun damage. I was thrilled with the results and ordered two more tubes once I returned home. It has made a huge difference in the appearance and texture of my hair. If you have colored your hair and find that it seems out of condition, try this product. It is terrific!

My hair is colored red, which is the fastest fading color. I purchased this product in hopes that it would make my color last longer. It did exactly that. It is a creamy formula that doesnt way the hair down or leave it with a residue. I can honestly say that my hair color has lasted twice as long since I started using this product. Whereas my red would start to fade within 2 weeks prior to using this product, it doesnt start fading until week 4 or 5! Since it is pricier, I stop using it about a week or so before my next color since my hair will be recolored. Even in that week that I am not using it, I notice that my color fades a lot more!
