I use this conditioner as a treatment product. I got it mainly because it came with a free eyeliner and I love freebies! It smells wonderful, minty and fruity at the sametime. It's quite a thick product and a bit goes along way. I only use it on my midlengths to ends. I comb it through and put on a shower cap. I apply heat and then rinise out after 10 mins. Leaves my hair light and oonditioned. Amazing shine. No knots. I have thick wavy hair that i'm trying to grow out and hate having puffy hair. This works for me. Would recommend it to anyone with thick hair or hair that has been chemically treated.
