Never Again
Overall, this product has poor performance. The label is misleading...Paul Mitchell does not deliver. After a week of using this overpriced product, I went back to my old drugstore conditioner.

Amazing
I have been using this conditioner since I was about 7 years old.
As soon as you put it on, it makes your hair feel silky and soft. I
flat iron my hair about every 2 days, and if I dont use this
conditioner, my hair feels really dry, and just not great at all. I
mean, if your hair is already damaged, its not going to work a
miracle the first time you use it, but it really does improve the
health of your hair.

Love It!
My hair is naturally curly and I straighten it a lot. I used the
Shampoo and Treatment before, but once I ran out, I just wanted to
try more products. I went back recently and purchased the set. I
love this conditioner. As soon as I put it in my hair, it instantly
felt smoother. Of course I worry about over drying and damage with
straightening my hair etc, but I think I will be sticking with this
for a while.

Eee..not Good.
This being a moisturizing shampoo and me having thick curly frizzy
hair, I thought, excellent, it will give me back some moisture.
Well I used the shampoo and conditioner, let it air dry, and
straightened my hair (I use the Chi straightening spray) and
afterwards my hair felt like hay, it was really dry on the ends and
I had snags in the ends of my hair.Ive used the Chi straightening
spray and my Solia straightner for about 1-year so I dont think
its that. I would not recommend the moisturizing Paul Mitchell
shampoo, its a waste.

Love It!
I have used the paul mitchell moisture shampoo for awhile now and
it has worked really well, I had also used a deep conditioner once
a week but I didnt use a daily conditioner. When I seen that paul
mitchell made a daily conditioner I tried it and it made my hair so
smooth and alot less frizzy. Ive gotten tons of compliments on my
hair since ive started using it. I highly recommend this product.

Painfully Inadequate
I received a 3.4 oz bottle of this product along with another
product during a product swap, and I have to say, if this is the
quality of Paul Mitchells newer hair care, Im not so sure if I
will be running to buy them off the shelves anytime soon. Its rare
that I am glad I didnt "waste my money" on something, but this is
one of those times when I was really excited, and then really let
down. Kind of like if you were given a Versace dress and it made
you look bloated on your best day. Yeah. And does Paul use a ton of
ingredients! You see, the problem is this. When I first squeezed the
treatment out in my hand I was so excited. I thought "Now heres
something with substance! Look at that satiny finish! Feel the
slight weight in the middle of the palm!" But as soon as my two
hands began to compress this substance it reduced to about the
consistency of the little water droplet on the front of the
packaging. Well, I cant say they didnt try to warn me. Needless
to say, aiming to deposit this through thick, forest-like curls
would be no easy task, and it wasnt. I even tried helping it along
with a spray leave-in first, to kind of give my hair some extra
slip once out of the shower, but still the same dissappearing act
from Paul and his potion. I feel like asking for a refund of the
money that I never spent. If you want to know how it wore through
the day, and if it cut down the frizz, I honestly dont know what
to tell you. Did it ever touch my hair? The only evidence I ever
owned it is the empty bottle beside me.
