Job Description

We strive to deliver an extraordinary hair care and shopping experience, and as a Customer Experience Associate, this will be your specialty. As an advocate of our extensive offering in hair products, you will deliver superior service helping each customer find their perfect match; the right tool and combination of products to look and feel their best. You will dazzle customers with your passion for hair and knowledge of trends, and keep them coming back for more by providing stellar service and the ultimate virtual experience!

As a team member you can look forward to product samplings, make-overs, and social outings. For our star employees, there will be opportunity to take on increased responsibilities and grow within a variety of channels.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver an above-and-beyond customer service through phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide thoughtful and insightful solutions that address customer needs
  • Become a Master of our products in order to offer style advice, and help customers find what product they need.
  • Think creatively about ways in which we can optimize each customer's experience and enhance their experience by offering a variety of products suited to their personal needs and lifestyle.
  • Come up with ways to improve our service, streamline our processes, and better serve our customers
  • Channel customer insights to all areas of the business such as technology, marketing, design and product
